Resident Therapists

• Sandi M. Yost MEd
  Sandi graduated from George Mason University with a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education. She received her Master's Degree in Student Personnel Services and School Counseling. She is currently obtaining her supervision to become a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Registered Play Therapist (RPT). She has experience working with children and their families with issues related to anger management, social skills, school adjustment, stress management, and separation and divorce. (full profile)

• Catherine McMonigle MS
  Catherine graduated from Santa Clara University, Santa Clara, CA with a Bachelor of Science with a major in Psychology and a minor in Spanish. She received her Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in Falls Church, VA. She is an Associate Member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy. Catherine provides therapy to individuals, couples, families, and adolescents who are experiencing problems related to anxiety, depression, trauma, life adjustment, parenting, family conflict, and marital/relationship distress.   Maureen Smith is an resident therapist in Marriage and Family Therapy. She is an Associate Member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy and a student member of the Virginia Association of Marriage and Family Therapy. Maureen is completing her Masters of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Virginia Tech University. She provides therapy to individuals, couples, families, and adolescents who are experiencing problems related to anxiety, depression, trauma, life adjustment, parenting, family conflict, and marital/relationship distress.
