  • Sarah Briggs Sarah S. Briggs LPC, RPT-S
    Sarah is a Virginia State Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor (RPT-S). Sarah received her M.A. and Ed.S. in Counseling from James Madison University and worked in Richmond Virginia before practicing in the Fairfax area. She treats adults, children, and their families and has specialized training in play therapy, expressive art therapy and trauma and loss issues.   • Michelle Ward Michelle Ward LPC, LMFT
    Michelle is a Virginia State Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). She is a Clinical Member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy. Michelle received her M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Virginia Tech University. She provides outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and families, using various therapy interventions to treat children with behavior, anger, anxiety and mood management, couples with relationship issues, and families with communication and conflict problems.     Kristen is a Virginia State Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). She is a Clinical Member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy. Kristen received her M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Virginia Tech University. She provides outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, families and adolescents, using various systemic therapy interventions.     Nicole is a Virginia State Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Nicole received her Master's of Social Work from The Smith College School of Social Work in Northampton, Massachusetts. Nicole worked in North Carolina and New York before beginning practice in Northern Virginia. Nicole provides treatment to children and families, adolescents and adults managing issues of depression, anxiety, adjustment, trauma and loss. She graduated from West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Arts in Therapeutic Recreation. She received her Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from Marymount University.     Maria Ines is a bilingual (Spanish) and bicultural Virginia State Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). She received her MSW from the Catholic University of America and worked in Washington, DC before practicing in the Fairfax area. Maria Ines has particular interest and experience working with issues related to trauma, grief and loss, intimacy and boundary issues, relationship difficulties as well as life transitions and acculturation issues.     Megan is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in the State of Virginia. She received her Master's in Counseling Psychology from the State University of New York, University at Albany. Megan completed her doctoral studies at James Madison University, and her degree reflects training in both Clinical and School Psychology. Megan worked in other areas in Virginia and in New York before beginning practice in Northern Virginia. She provides treatment to children and families, adolescents and adults coping with issues of trauma and loss, depression, anxiety, and parent-child discord.
