Group Therapy for Adolescents

1. When: Weekdays After School

2. Ages: 7th-8th Grade ~ Middle School Group
   
   9-10th Grade ~ Young High School Group
   
   11-12th Grade ~ Older High School Group (Wednesdays, 4:00 - 5:15)

3. Where: 10339-A Democracy Lane
   Fairfax, VA 22030

4. Cost: $80 per group session

5. Goal: To help teens feel stronger in their relationships with others and with themselves.

7. Group Topics: Relationships, Communication, Boundaries, Peer Pressure, Moods, Anxiety, Anger, Self-Esteem, Assertiveness & Coping Skills

8. Initial screening appointment(s) determine a person’s appropriateness for group therapy. Participation in a group need not interfere with existing therapy. We work collaboratively with other therapists and mental health care providers.
